PEAK RATE: All of January and December, plus public holidays/weekends - $160 per unit per night

OFF-PEAK RATE: $130 per unit per night - all other times

Conditions

• Minimum two night stay. A 7 night minimum over Christmas period is preferred.

• Maximum 2 adults per unit. No children.

• No smoking in units.

• A cleaning fee will be charged for units left untidy.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• 15+ days before arrival - no fee.

• 14 days or less - one night's fee.

• Less than 48 hours - no refund.

Christmas/NY Cancellation Policy

• 28+ days before arrival - full refund

  15-28 days - 1 night fee

  14 days or less - no refund

PLEASE NOTE: 
Property is not suitable for children.

Regarding guests 'fur children'. There is no pet bond but we do have a few conditions...

Dogs are most welcome but MUST be house-trained and social - with people and other dogs.  
We have no issue with dogs being inside with you (they are family after all) but they are not to be left inside unattended. Please do not allow the dogs on the furniture. We have two secure enclosures with kennels should you wish to leave your dog behind if you visit the National Park, etc.  Please also bring the dog(s) own bedding as we find this is more settling for them in a strange environment. There are ceramic dog bowls available on request, should you require these.
